When your image can be 100% represented in text, you put that representation in the alt text... Voilà, terminal clients can "render" your image!
This is my favorite commit for today
Also I can't believe the alt text being two non-alpha characters is actually acceptable for Lighthouse. I mean why shouldn't it? It describes the image perfectly well :)
Crazy how much power we have on a sunny day. It is even easier to keep everything topped up when we're using our low-power workstations.
Devine is using the Pinebook, and I'm using Obi, a 2013 Macbook Air (donation from our friend Lloyd). Draws half the power of Vincent.
Have spent the past two months designing and testing a small at-home printmaking setup. The most time-intensive part was studying the ingredients and ecological impacts of paints and inks. Most manufacturers provide little information. Also, I haven't read this many MSDSes since undergrad. #theWorkshop
I'm happy to introduce our new ultra-low tech CMS for smol, accessible websites. The goal was to make something that could be self-hosted, but friendly enough for people who don't SFTP or use a terminal. 3 PHP files, Apache, and Gemtext. Should work on any dumb old Apache host; a technical person could manage many of these for friends and family with zero maintenance. Happy to answer any questions or take bug reports.
Hospitable spaciousness itinerated altruistically.
